Tous les porte-outils sont fabriqués sur commande et ne sont pas retournables / échangeables. Il est important que le client nous fasse part du modèle machine sur laquelle ces outils seront installés lors de la commande afin de nous assurer de la compatibilité . Les dessins d’ateliers accompagnent nos soumissions et doivent être validés par le client avant la commande.
General sales conditions
All tool holders are are build to order and are not returnable / exchangeable. It is important for the customer to inform us of the machine model on which these tools will be installed when placing the order in order to ensure compatibility. Drawings accompany our quotations and must be approved by the customer before placing the order.
